2. Service content
Zelebrate offers a subscription-based service where you can create and manage a personalized website. Features include, but are not limited to:
Design templates
Invitation management
Ability to share photos and stories
3. Prices and payment
3.1 Prices
The price of our services is stated on our website and includes VAT.
3.2 Payment
Payment is made monthly or annually through the payment methods available on our website.
3.3 Non-payment
In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service.
4. Right of withdrawal
4.1 As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day on which the first payment for the subscription is made after the trial period.
4.2 The free trial does not constitute a purchase and therefore there is no right of withdrawal during the trial period itself.
4.3 By creating an account and starting the trial period, you consent to Zelebrate providing the Service immediately. At the same time, you agree that the right of withdrawal will lapse when the service is used, cf. Section 18 (2) of the Consumer Contracts Act.
4.4 If you have used the service during the trial period or after the start of the subscription — including when creating content, guest lists, website, setups or using premium features — the right of withdrawal will lapse and the payment is non-refundable.
4.5 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us no later than 14 days after the first payment at hej@zelebrate.dk.
4.6 If you do not wish to continue after the trial period, you must cancel the subscription before the end of the trial. If the subscription is not cancelled, it will automatically continue at the applicable subscription price.
5. Termination and subscription
5.1 The subscription can be canceled at any time through your user profile. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.2 We reserve the right to terminate the subscription if the terms and conditions are not complied with.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Zelebrate is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from:
Incorrect use of the service
Downtime or technical issues
6.2 We do not guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or interruptions.
7. User Content
7.1 You own all content you upload to your website. By using the service, you grant us the right to temporarily host and display this content.
7.2 You must not upload illegal or offensive material. We reserve the right to remove such content without notice.
8. Changes to the terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated via email or on our website. Continued use of the service after changes will be considered acceptance of them.
9. Disputes and governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Danish courts.
