Zelebrate is a digital platform where users can create and manage websites for events such as weddings, birthdays, baptisms, confirmations and other events.
Zelebrate offers exclusively digital services. No physical products are sold through the platform.
Users can create an account and manage their event website through the platform.
Access to Zelebrate is by subscription.
Current prices are:
All prices are quoted in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
Zelebrate reserves the right to change prices. Any price changes will be notified to existing customers before the next payment period.
New users are offered a 14 Day Free Trial.
During the trial period, the user has access to the platform's features without payment.
If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically be converted into a paid subscription and payment will be charged.
Payment is handled through the payment provider Stripe.
The following debit cards are accepted:
Payment is made automatically at the start of each subscription period.
By creating a subscription, the user agrees that Zelebrate may make automatic payment upon each renewal of the subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period.
The user can cancel the subscription at any time.
Subscription can be cancelled at any time via the user's account or dashboard on the platform.
The termination shall take effect at the end of the current payment period.
It means:
Termination must be made no later than the day before the next renewal.
If termination occurs during the free trial period, no payment will be charged.
There is no binding on the subscription.
When purchasing digital services, a 14-day right of withdrawal usually applies.
When the user creates an account with Zelebrate and starts using the platform, the user agrees that the provision of the digital service will commence immediately.
This means that the right of withdrawal lapses when the service is used.
The free trial period allows the user to try out the service before payment.
Users can upload content to the platform, including for example:
The user retains all rights to their own content.
Upon upload, the user grants Zelebrate permission to host, store and display the content on the platform to the extent necessary to provide the service.
The user is responsible for ensuring that content does not violate the rights of third parties or violate applicable law.
Zelebrate reserves the right to remove content deemed to be illegal or in violation of these Terms.
Zelebrate strives to provide a stable and secure platform.
However, Zelebrate cannot guarantee that the service will always be free of interruptions or technical failures.
Zelebrate cannot be held responsible for:
Zelebrate's total liability can never exceed the amount paid by the user for the subscription within the past 12 months.
The user is responsible for protecting his or her login information.
Abuse of accounts, attempted hacking or use of the platform for illegal purposes may result in immediate closure of the account.
When an account is terminated, access to the platform will cease at the end of the current subscription period.
User data and content may be deleted up to 30 days after account termination.
The User is solely responsible for securing any copies of Content before this time.
Zelebrate may update these Terms and Conditions on an ongoing basis.
Significant changes will be notified to users by email or through the platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any dispute between the user and Zelebrate must be settled in the Danish courts.
